Linkin Park has never made a disappointing album in their career. It’s rare that bands in their genre and of their age have that reputation; many fall lure to trying to be hip, overly produced and forget their roots.Sure, LP has evolved as a band, but never have they strayed from their path of making meaningful and lyrically dynamic music. They have done what most musicians should: they’ve grown with their fan base. I first started listening to LP when I was about 12 years old. I was in middle school and could relate to the angst in their lyrics. Now that I am in my 20’s, I can still relate to Hybrid Theory, but I think they’ve taken bold steps to write music that is more universal and relatable at any age. Listening to the instrumentals remind me how truly talented these guys really are. For Linkin Park fans, this is something that you just have to hear at least one before the end of your lifetime.

ALBUM: A THOUSAND SUNS. (full album instrumental)

reblogging for not only the incredibly accurate/awesome write-up, but also for the instrumentals. some of them are very well done (perhaps even unofficially official?)

^THAT WRITE-UP IS PERFECTION

And I believed when you told that lie.

I wanna see you choke on your lies. Swallow up your greed. Suffer all alone in your misery
